About the role

Santander is seeking a dedicated Full‑Time Teller to join its Pine Beach branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service while handling daily cash transactions and supporting branch operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, minimize wait times, and assist with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and risk‑management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and refer customers to appropriate product solutions.
• Educate customers on digital self‑service tools.
• Assist with custodial duties, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support nearby branches as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• At least 6 months cash‑handling experience (required).
• At least 6 months customer‑service experience (required).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
