About the role
We are seeking a dedicated full‑time teacher to join our on‑site team in the Shreveport‑Bossier City area. The role involves delivering engaging instruction, creating lesson plans, and supporting student growth in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Deliver effective, engaging instruction across subjects.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Participate in parent‑teacher conferences and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience teaching in a school setting is desirable.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning space.
Required skills
