About the role

Recharge City is expanding its talent acquisition function to support rapid growth in the sharing‑economy sector. As a full‑time remote Recruiter, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring a smooth and inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage, and screen candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate selection steps with hiring managers, and manage offer negotiations.
• Create and post job advertisements, continuously refine recruitment strategies, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support team building.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey company values.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, handling multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
