Full‑Time Pharmacist – Oncology Pharmacy

About the role

Onco360 Pharmacy in Houston is seeking two full‑time pharmacists to join our oncology‑focused team. You will work onsite, providing clinical expertise and ensuring safe medication management for patients battling cancer and rare diseases.

Key responsibilities

• Review physician medication orders for appropriateness, dosage, interactions, and route.
• Maintain comprehensive patient medication records, including OTC and home remedies.
• Order, evaluate, and discuss laboratory tests for high‑risk conditions with the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to provide clinical and technical support.
• Document all communications and implement policies for safe drug procurement, storage, distribution, and disposal.
• Report medication‑related errors to the Pharmacy Manager and assist staff with safe handling procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D preferred).
• At least one year of retail pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations.

• Regulatory compliance knowledge.

• Starting salary $127,000 + depending on experience.
