Full‑Time Oncology Pharmacist – Houston, TX

About the role

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking a full‑time pharmacist to join our oncology team in Houston, Texas. You will work onsite providing medication management and clinical support for cancer and rare‑disease patients.

Key responsibilities

• Review physician medication orders for appropriateness, dosage, interactions, and route.
• Maintain a comprehensive patient database with medical history, lab data, and concurrent medications.
• Order, evaluate, and discuss laboratory tests for high‑risk conditions with the care team.
• Document all communications with physicians, nurses, and patients.
• Implement policies for safe procurement, storage, distribution, and disposal of drugs and biologics.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory documentation.
• Report medication‑related errors to the Pharmacy Manager and assist staff with safe drug handling procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D preferred).
• At least one year of retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Starting salary $127,000 + per year, with a $4.00 weekend shift differential.
