Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to the brand’s high standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock carts, and replenish supplies.
• Move throughout the property safely, lifting and carrying items up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style at all times.
