About the role

Join the St. Regis team in Lahaina as a Guest Environment Expert, delivering memorable experiences through meticulous housekeeping. You will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and support spaces while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing supplies, and ensuring overall presentation meets brand standards.
• Maintain public areas, corridors, and service zones by dusting, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items such as extra linens, amenities, or special accommodations.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supply rooms, ensuring all necessary items are readily available.
• Follow safety protocols, lift and move objects up to 50 lb, and adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard housekeeping techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Understanding of hotel safety and sanitation procedures.
