About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking full‑time Forklift Operators for its Temple, TX service center. You will work on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock moving freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers using a forklift.
- Operate the forklift efficiently on a roofed dock while adhering to safety protocols.
Required profile
- Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
- Capability to read manifests and interact with a computer display.
- Dependable, able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior forklift experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or LTL setting.
Required skills
- Forklift operation.
- Computer display interaction for order tracking.
What we offer
- Starting pay of $26.70 per hour.
- Full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday with various shifts.
