About the role
RLC is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join its warehouse team in Rock Rapids. This full‑time position involves moving a variety of freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to load and unload trailers up to 53 feet long.
- Handle freight according to manifests and ensure accurate placement.
- Maintain a clean and organized dock area.
- Interact with computer displays to track shipments.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
- Read and interpret shipping manifests.
- Dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior forklift experience, preferably in a high‑volume setting.
