Key responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure ingredients according to recipes.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely between work stations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store food following proper wrapping, dating, rotation, and safety procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain sanitation standards.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards to ensure correct portion sizes and serving temperatures.
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently, handling concerns and escalating when necessary.
• Adhere to company service standards, inventory controls, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all sanitation and safety regulations.

Required profile

• At least one year of prior food‑service experience.
• Ability to work full‑time, Monday through Friday, with variable hours.
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and teamwork skills.
