About the role
We are looking for a reliable full‑time Dishwasher to join our Eurest kitchen team in Chicago. The role involves keeping all dishware, cookware and kitchen areas clean and sanitary, supporting the food‑service operation.
Key responsibilities
- Scrape, rinse and load dishes, pots, pans and trays into a dishwasher or wash them by hand.
- Maintain proper chemical levels, temperatures and sanitation standards.
- Polish silverware using appropriate equipment.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean worktables, walls, refrigerators and other food‑prep surfaces.
- Remove trash, clean garbage cans and assist with loading and unloading supplies.
- Follow safety procedures and keep the dish area organized.
Required profile
- Willingness to learn on the job – no prior experience required.
- Ability to work early morning shifts (approximately 6:30 am‑3:00 pm).
- Reliability and a team‑oriented attitude.
