About the role

Gilt Bar, part of the Hogsalt restaurant group, is seeking dedicated full‑time Dishwashers to keep our kitchen running smoothly. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting the culinary team and ensuring guests receive a consistently high‑quality dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and flatware to Hogsalt standards.
• Store clean items appropriately and maintain organized work areas.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including dishwashing machines and appliances.
• Prepare stations for the next shift by restocking and cleaning.
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues promptly.
• Assist other restaurant staff with additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced, full‑service restaurant.
• Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 50 lb.
• Comfortable working in hot or cold kitchen environments.
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
