Full‑Time Barista – On‑Site at ExxonMobil Campus

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista to join our on‑site café serving the ExxonMobil campus in Spring, Texas. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday mornings, and focuses on preparing high‑quality coffee, espresso and beverage items while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso‑based drinks, coffee, smoothies and other menu items following standard recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash or card payments.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked service area, replenish condiments and supplies, and follow HACCP food‑safety standards.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures for all items.
• Clean equipment and workstations at the end of each shift and report any concerns to supervisors.
• Greet customers courteously and address their needs promptly.

Required profile

• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 5:30 am – 3:30 pm, with no weekends or holidays.
• Willingness to learn on the job; prior barista or smoothie experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow recipes, safety guidelines and company procedures.

Required skills

• Barista training (e.g., Starbucks certification) or equivalent coffee‑making experience.
• Smoothie preparation experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Knowledge of HACCP food‑safety standards.
