Full‑Cycle Recruiter – Tech & GTM (NYC/SF)

About the role

Profound is building the marketing platform for the AI era and needs a versatile recruiter to power its talent engine. You will own end‑to‑end hiring across engineering, sales, marketing, operations, finance and emerging roles, adapting quickly to the company’s shifting priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for any function the business prioritizes, from technical to G&A roles.
• Flex between requisitions, absorb overflow from GTM and technical recruiters, and lead unconventional searches.
• Design sourcing strategies for first‑of‑their‑kind positions and create playbooks where none exist.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define scorecards, interview loops and service‑level agreements.
• Deliver a high‑touch candidate experience that reflects Profound’s fast‑moving mission.
• Maintain ATS hygiene, track conversion metrics and iterate on process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruiter who has hired across multiple functions in fast‑growing startups.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to quickly become expert in unfamiliar roles.
• Highly adaptable, able to reprioritize on short notice as business needs evolve.
• Data‑driven mindset, tracking time‑to‑fill and source yield to unblock bottlenecks.
• Strong network and creative sourcing ability.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
