About the role

Profound is building the marketing platform for the AI era and needs a versatile recruiter to drive talent acquisition across all functions. As a full‑cycle recruiter you will own end‑to‑end hiring for engineering, GTM, G&A and any new roles that emerge, adapting quickly to the company’s shifting priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for any prioritized function, from engineering to finance.
• Flex between requisitions, reprioritising quickly as business needs change.
• Develop sourcing strategies for unfamiliar or first‑of‑their‑kind roles and create playbooks from scratch.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define scorecards, interview loops and SLAs.
• Craft high‑touch candidate outreach and maintain a seamless experience from first contact to offer.
• Maintain ATS hygiene, track conversion data and iterate on sourcing effectiveness.

Required profile

• Versatile full‑cycle recruiter with experience hiring across multiple functions.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building sourcing plans for new roles.
• High‑agency, able to reprioritise on a dime as the business evolves.
• Data‑driven mindset, tracking time‑to‑fill and source yield to unblock bottlenecks.
• Proven track record at fast‑growing startups, preferably within the NYC ecosystem.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
