Full‑Cycle Recruiter – Industrial/Warehouse

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage full‑life‑cycle hiring for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions across multiple levels and locations. You will partner closely with hiring managers to ensure a fair, efficient, and high‑quality selection process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruiting for diverse roles, from entry‑level to senior positions.
• Attract, source, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain consistent, equitable assessment practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline metrics within Bullhorn.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable to changing or ambiguous situations with a learning‑agile attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
