Full-Time Supervisor – NYC Pop‑Up Store

About the role

This temporary full‑time position supports the Beyond Yoga pop‑up store in New York City from August through January. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will act as the manager on duty, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, handling cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Manage merchandise flow, including shipment processing, floor set‑up, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Coach and supervise the sales team, reinforcing a strong selling culture.
• Drive performance metrics such as conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.
• Collaborate with Home Office and local partners to plan community events and boost brand awareness.
• Model brand values and act as a visible service leader on the floor.
