Full-Time Supervisor – Beyond Yoga (Corte Madera)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Full‑Time Supervisor for its Beyond Yoga store in Corte Madera. You will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor, and support store associates to enhance their performance.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Uphold Levi’s policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Commitment to Levi’s values of originality, integrity, and customer empathy.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, stand, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.
