Full-Time Store Supervisor – Westfield Southcenter

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor to lead the Westfield Southcenter location in Tukwila, WA. You will create a high‑energy store environment, engage customers, and model excellent service for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a compelling store experience by engaging consumers and coaching associates on sales techniques.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly in line with company policy.
• Partner with the Store Manager on elevated consumer issues and business strategies.
• Train new hires and current employees on brand culture, product knowledge, loss prevention, and store policies.
• Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster an engaging, retention‑focused environment.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Ensure compliance with all Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other managers.
