Full-Time Store Supervisor – Scottsdale

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Store Supervisor to lead our Scottsdale location of Beyond Yoga. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will act as manager on duty, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive process adoption and oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Support the Store Manager in resolving customer concerns and handling escalated issues.
• Coach and supervise the team on selling culture, customer connection, and service standards.
• Assess performance metrics such as conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour, and develop strategies to meet goals.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive work environment and build community connections through events and brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising, coaching, and training staff.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while juggling multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset aligned with company culture of inclusion.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
