Full-Time Store Supervisor – Albertville Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor for its Albertville Premium Outlets location. You will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates to improve their performance.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Uphold Levi’s brand values, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.
