Full Time Sales Lead

About the role

As a Sales Lead at Pandora, you will fully immerse yourself in the brand, culture and product, supporting managers and sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge and brand advocacy.
• Surpass commercial targets and KPIs, setting new performance records.
• Coach, inspire and provide real‑time feedback to the sales team to achieve their objectives.
• Support store managers and associates in daily operations and sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑performance sales environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers at all levels.
• Analytical mindset and business acumen capable of delivering positive results.
• Excellent time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, and ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 + pounds.
