About the role

Kingman Healthcare Inc. is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to work day shifts in the Emergency Room/Clinical Decision Unit (ER/CDU). The position offers a $15,000 sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance, and provides an opportunity to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care within a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans following the nursing process.
• Deliver evidence‑based interventions to prevent healthcare‑acquired conditions and reduce readmissions.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, ensuring compliance with Arizona State Nurse Practice Act.
• Participate in orientation of new staff and contribute to unit quality and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma; RN licensure in Arizona (or compact state).
• Current BLS certification; minimum one year acute care experience; five years experience for weekend/evening shifts.
• Ability to obtain unit‑specific certifications within required time frames (e.g., Basic EKG, ACLS, PALS, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E.).

Required skills

• Basic EKG competency.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
