About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Full‑Time Retail Supervisor to lead the store team in Ontario, CA. You will create an energetic store environment, engage customers, and model exceptional service standards while supporting the store’s financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a high‑energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors.
• Supervise and coach associates on sales techniques, product knowledge, and loss‑prevention policies.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly, partnering with the Store Manager on escalated issues.
• Lead training for new hires and ongoing development for existing staff.
• Manage cash handling, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining compliance with store policies.
• Collaborate with store management to set expectations, provide performance feedback, and foster employee engagement and retention.
• Flex store business strategies to meet or exceed daily sales and performance targets.

Required profile
