Full-Time Retail Lead – Grand Rapids

About the role

This full‑time Retail Lead position supports the store leadership team at Banana Republic in Grand Rapids. You will act as a role model for selling behaviors, guide teammates, and ensure a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the store leadership team during non‑peak hours, focusing on customer service.
• Collaborate with employees to complete work tasks efficiently and on time.
• Maintain product knowledge throughout the product lifecycle.
• Complete opening and closing checklists and other store operating tasks.
• Leverage omni‑channel tools to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all company standards and policies.

Required profile
