About the role
AVIR Health Group is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise daily nursing activities on an assigned unit. This full‑time, day‑shift position supports residents in a long‑term care setting while fostering professional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities on the assigned unit.
- Maintain compliance with nursing practices, medical procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care.
Required profile
- Valid Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- IV certification preferred.
- Knowledge of long‑term care laws, regulations, and guidelines.
