Full-Time Landscape Crewmember

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Full‑Time Landscape Crewmember to perform a variety of ground‑care tasks on client properties. You will work directly with the Crew Leader and Operations Manager to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as skid steer, excavator and backhoe.
• Perform lawn mowing, mulching, trimming, pruning, fertilization and weed‑control applications.
• Mix, transport and apply chemicals in compliance with state regulations.
• Load and unload tools, supplies and equipment from trucks.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow preventative‑maintenance schedules.
• Keep job sites, vehicles, trailers and storage areas organized and safe.
• Report any equipment issues, supply shortages or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with loading/unloading crew members and may transport them to job sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• At least 2 years of experience in landscape installation or maintenance.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and property maps.
• Dependable, punctual and safety‑conscious.
• Effective communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
