Full-Time Housekeeper – Ranch

About the role

Triple Creek Ranch is seeking dedicated housekeepers to maintain the high‑standard guest experience across the property. You will move throughout the ranch, cleaning cabins, common areas, and handling laundry while working closely with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and arrange guest cabins to meet TCR and Relais & Châteaux standards.
• Perform all laundry functions, including washing, ironing, folding, and inventory management.
• Maintain housekeeping and laundry supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate any damages, repairs, or safety concerns to management.
• Report lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments and keep team members informed of special requests or operational changes.

Required profile

• Ability to frequently move around the property, including stairs, ladders, and outdoor conditions.
• Capability to lift and transport items up to 50 lb over short distances.
• Comfort with using cleaning equipment to wipe, scrub, mop, and polish.
• Attention to detail in detecting dirt, grime, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Experience handling linens, guest laundry, and staff uniforms.
