Full-Time House Manager

About the role

We are an entrepreneurial family seeking a dedicated House Manager to oversee our primary residence and two nearby properties. The role blends daily household oversight, vendor coordination, inventory management, and pet care, ensuring each home runs smoothly and is ready for family travel and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the primary residence and two nearby properties, coordinating cleaners, maintenance, landscapers and other vendors.
• Maintain inventory of pantry items, household supplies, pet food and linens; handle grocery shopping, deliveries and local errands using the company vehicle.
• Prepare homes for family travel and special events, including resetting living spaces, unpacking, laundry and restocking essentials.
• Provide daily care for two dogs, including feeding, exercise, medication administration and occasional overnight pet‑sitting.
• Monitor and address minor maintenance issues, organize storage areas, and implement seasonal organization projects.

• Observant, proactive and able to anticipate household needs without being prompted.
• Highly organized, dependable and comfortable working independently while keeping the family informed.
• Adaptable to changing priorities, flexible with occasional evening or overnight duties.
• Warm, trustworthy and enjoys creating calm, welcoming home environments.

What we offer

• Compensation of $40–$45 per hour, commensurate with experience.
