Full-Time Hourly Warehouse Operations Associate

About the role

Join our fast‑paced warehouse team as a full‑time hourly associate. You will help move, pack, and ship merchandise while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and attend required trainings.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and customers.
• Accurately process merchandise and maintain inventory records.
• Handle freight quickly and efficiently, moving inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Report to work on time and complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Participate in problem‑solving initiatives for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 lb frequently and up to 60 lb occasionally.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, squat, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Basic math skills for counting and simple calculations.
• Good written and oral communication in English.
• Positive, respectful attitude when working independently or in a team.

Required skills

• Operate powered equipment safely (e.g., pallet rider, scissor lift, sit‑down and stand‑up forklift).
• Work at heights up to 40 ft on mezzanine levels where applicable.
• Use computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training.

What we offer

• Hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $22.75 for associates and $20.50 to $24.57 for workers.
• Shift differentials of $2.00–$3.50 per hour based on eligibility.
