Full-Time Grill Cook

About the role

Eurest is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its foodservice team as Grill Cooks at the John Deere Seeding facility in Moline, IL. This full‑time position offers a stable schedule and on‑the‑job training for candidates with little or no prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items at the grill station following approved recipes and portion standards.
• Take customer orders, assemble plates, and ensure food is served at the correct temperature.
• Maintain food safety by storing, dating, and rotating products according to sanitation guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout the shift.
• Assist with inventory handling, moving pans, kettles, and trays safely.
• Address customer concerns promptly and report issues to supervision.

Required profile

• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm on a full‑time basis.
• No prior grill experience required; willingness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
