Full-Time Forklift Operator – Waller, TX

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a full‑time Forklift Operator for its service center in Waller, TX. You will safely move a variety of freight in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long, working on a roofed but non‑climate‑controlled dock.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load and unload freight from trailers.
• Handle freight of different sizes and weights while maintaining safety standards.
• Navigate a roofed dock environment and ensure accurate placement of loads.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and follow manifest instructions.

Required profile

• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Capability to read manifests and interact with a computer display.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior forklift experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or LTL setting.
