Full-Time Forklift Operator – Findlay, OH

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a full‑time Forklift Operator for its Findlay, OH service center. You will safely move a variety of freight in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long, working on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load and unload freight from trailers.
• Handle freight of different sizes and weights while maintaining safety standards.
• Read and follow manifests and computer‑based instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized dock area.

Required profile

• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous forklift experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or LTL setting.
• Basic computer literacy to interact with display screens.
