Full-Time Data Entry Clerk

About the role

The Full-Time Data Entry Clerk supports the General Manager with daily data entry and administrative tasks. The role requires a customer‑service mindset and a strong focus on safety while handling employee records, payroll, and fare reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Process new employee files and submit them to the General Manager and regional accounting.
• Calculate and input driver and staff payroll for processing.
• Track attendance for part‑time employees.
• Perform fare reconciliation and prepare deposits.
• Assist the General Manager in monitoring overtime and reducing unnecessary punch hours.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical requirements.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with 10‑key proficiency.
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
