Full-Time Construction Management Faculty

About the role

The College seeks a full‑time Construction Management Faculty member to deliver high‑quality instruction across all delivery formats, support student success, and contribute to community outreach. This position plays a key role in advancing the College’s mission and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver assigned construction management courses using effective pedagogy and technology, aligned with program learning outcomes.
• Develop, update, and maintain curriculum and course materials that reflect current industry standards.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, grades, and related documentation.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and academic coaching to students, including monitoring performance and offering interventions.
• Engage in student retention initiatives, outreach, and support services.
• Participate in professional development, scholarly activities, and stay current with contemporary teaching methods and digital tools.
• Contribute to community service and business outreach activities as required.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Construction Management or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor students in both classroom and online environments.
• Commitment to student success, retention, and community engagement.
• Willingness to adhere to campus policies, safety standards, and emergency procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., IvyLearn).
