Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community strategies that encourage growth and active participation.
• Create and share engaging content, organize events, and facilitate daily interactions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate community feedback into product and service improvements.
• Monitor community metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous optimization.

Required profile

• Genuine enthusiasm for building inclusive, supportive communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in community management or a related field is highly desirable.
