Full-Time Caregiver

About the role

Brandywine at Haddonfield by Monarch Communities is looking for a full-time caregiver to support residents in all aspects of their daily life, as outlined in each resident's care plan. The work covers personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization and activities. Base pay is $20.50-$21.00 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding, as outlined in the care plan
• Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity and confidentiality of all residents
• Escort residents to meals and activities
• Make sure assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe and fed during their shifts
• Document all services provided to assigned residents during the shift
• Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to the supervisor

Required profile

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid
• Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population, preferred with dementia experience
• Able to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, balance, stoop, kneel and crouch, and to lift or carry up to 50 lbs with proper body mechanics
