Full-Time Bus Driver – Janesville, WI

About the role

Coach USA is seeking full‑time Bus Drivers for its Janesville, WI hub. As a motorcoach driver you will transport passengers safely on daily routes and special trips, representing the company’s commitment to reliable, courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate motorcoach vehicles to transport individuals and groups to their destinations.
• Follow all DOT regulations, safety procedures and company policies while on the road.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with passengers, providing assistance as needed.
• Adhere to scheduled routes and timetables, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Complete required paperwork and vehicle inspections before and after each shift.

Required profile

• At least 21 years of age.
• Possess a CDL permit (company assistance provided).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No DUI or impaired‑driving violations in the past seven years.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug test and meet DOT physical standards.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends.
