Full-Time Barista

About the role

Join CulinArt as a full‑time Barista at the Academy of Notre Dame campus in Villanova, PA. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality coffee and espresso beverages while delivering friendly service to students, staff, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso, coffee, and related beverage orders using standard recipes and measurements.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and handle cash or card payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, equipment, and utensils.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety, portion control, and proper serving temperatures.
• Clean equipment and workstations at the end of each shift.

Required profile

• Friendly, courteous demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule Monday‑Friday, 6:30 am‑3:00 pm.
• Previous barista experience preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Operation of espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment.
• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
