Full-Time Barista – Charlotte, NC

About the role

Eurest is looking for enthusiastic baristas to join its Charlotte location. You will prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks, handle food following HACCP standards, and provide friendly, courteous service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso and coffee orders using standard recipes and measurements.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and process cash or card payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining a clean service area.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures in line with HACCP guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Clean equipment and workstations thoroughly between tasks.
• Greet customers courteously, address concerns, and strive for high satisfaction.
• Support catering orders and assist with other food‑service duties as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, food service, and coffee bar operations.
• Ability to work a full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday, with variable hours.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, team‑oriented attitude.
• Capability to handle cash, credit transactions, and POS operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Knowledge of HACCP food‑safety standards.
