Full-Time Bank Teller

About the role

Join Santander’s Framingham branch as a Full‑Time Teller and be the first point of contact for customers. You will deliver exceptional service while handling daily cash transactions and supporting the branch’s operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, minimize wait times, and assist with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and risk‑management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and refer appropriate product solutions.
• Educate customers on digital self‑service tools.
• Support custodial duties, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist nearby branches when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months cash‑handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
