About the role

Stotler Hayes Group is seeking energetic, independent, and collaborative attorneys to join its nationwide team. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from co‑working spaces or a home office while supporting the firm’s Medicaid collections practice.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex Medicaid eligibility, reimbursement, and administrative appeals.
• Engage in civil litigation, probate and estate claims, guardianships, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Collaborate with paralegals and operations staff based in South Carolina.
• Participate in virtual training and, post‑pandemic, in‑person team retreats and meetings.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in any U.S. state.
• Passion for Medicaid law and a drive to serve healthcare providers.
• Detail‑oriented, tenacious, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Knowledge of Medicaid eligibility, reimbursement, and related regulatory frameworks.
