Full Time Associate Manager – Retail

About the role

The Associate Manager is a key member of the store management team, responsible for developing the team and driving operational excellence, brand equity, and financial growth. In the Store Manager’s absence, the Associate Manager assumes full store responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and analyzing performance data.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a positive culture and high performance.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store upkeep.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming shopping experience.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, comfortable learning new tools and initiatives.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and multitasking.
• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience and a passion for the Levi’s brand.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and perform tasks such as kneeling, reaching overhead and climbing ladders.
