Full-Stack Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Web Developer to join Click Here Labs, a Dallas‑based digital agency. You will work on a variety of client projects, building and maintaining websites and web applications while leveraging AI‑assisted development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain client websites and web applications using WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, and custom React or front‑end solutions.
• Deliver features independently, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and UX architects to turn creative concepts into functional, performant web experiences.
• Support overflow work across multiple client accounts, quickly adapting to different tech stacks and requirements.
• Write clean, well‑documented, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, knowing when to trust, verify, or choose alternative approaches.
• Identify and improve inefficient patterns in the development process.
• Share knowledge on AI‑enhanced development techniques and contribute to internal tools and process improvements.
• Participate in documentation efforts and uphold team standards and tooling decisions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience with a solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with at least one modern front‑end framework (React preferred; Vue acceptable).
• Working knowledge of CMS development (WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, or similar).
• Comfortable with Git‑based workflows and CI/CD concepts.
• Understanding of responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility, and basic web accessibility.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third‑party service integration.
• Active use of AI coding assistants in daily development work.
• Ability to take a feature from requirements to delivery independently.
• Proactive in automating repetitive tasks and improving workflow efficiency.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
