Full Stack Web Developer

About the role

The Full Stack Web Developer will design, build, and maintain modern web applications that support CIAT’s student experience, marketing funnels, and internal operations. Working remotely, you will collaborate with marketing, IT, and third‑party teams to deliver secure, scalable, and responsive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP/Laravel, WordPress, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver new features.
• Write clean, well‑documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement fixes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for change requests on ciat.edu and related web properties.
• Ensure all website content remains editable in version‑control tools for collaborative maintenance.
• Gather project requirements, provide time estimates, and scope web projects.
• Track web analytics and recommend improvements for accessibility, functionality, and user experience.
