Full Stack Web Developer – ERP/CRM & ETL Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will work closely with the technical lead to enhance and maintain our proprietary ERP/CRM system (SPEX) and build data pipelines, backend services, and BI dashboards that power our e‑commerce and operational platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve the SPEX ERP system, delivering intuitive interfaces for internal users.
• Build and deploy ETL pipelines using PHP and MySQL to populate data warehouses and analytics platforms.
• Develop backend services and RESTful APIs with Laravel to support internal workflows.
• Create responsive frontend components with Vue.js and Bootstrap for dashboards and internal tools.
• Implement and maintain MySQL data models and collaborate on SQL Server/SSIS integrations.
• Monitor performance, error rates, and security across applications, databases, and infrastructure.
• Gather requirements from Content, Platforms, Purchasing and other teams and deliver enhancements in an agile cadence.
• Document system designs, data flows, API contracts, and deployment procedures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and one SQL dialect.
• Hands‑on experience with relational databases and data‑warehousing principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to own projects end‑to‑end.
