Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python, Node.js, Next.js)

About the role

We are looking for a talented full‑stack software engineer to join Glimpse’s fast‑growing AI platform for consumer‑packaged‑goods brands. You will work on end‑to‑end applications that automate critical back‑office workflows and help CPG companies recover millions in revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end and back‑end applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Take projects from concept to production, handling deployment and monitoring.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best coding practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Validate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong ability to ship high‑quality code quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in New York.
