Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Cape, you will help build a privacy‑first mobile network that protects users from legacy telecom vulnerabilities. You will work on end‑to‑end systems that secure signaling, detect malicious base‑stations, and prevent spam and smishing attacks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a best‑in‑class signaling firewall to identify and mitigate malicious signaling attacks.
• Develop detection mechanisms for fake base‑stations (cell‑site simulators) and for spam/smishing campaigns.
• Build transparent alerting features that inform users when they may be targeted by hackers or nation‑states.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and security experts across the organization to deliver resilient, global connectivity solutions.
• Contribute to the full‑stack development of Cape’s platform, from device‑level code to core network services.
