Full Stack & IoT Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack & IoT Developer to join 3M's innovative product development team in Texas. You will work across mobile, web, and cloud platforms to create connected solutions that power smart sensors, asset‑tracking dashboards, and AI‑enhanced interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile apps (iOS & Android) for asset‑tracking and live dashboards.
• Build, deploy, and support cloud services on Microsoft Azure and AWS, including containerized workloads on Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS.
• Create web applications, portals, and RESTful back‑end services that integrate with connected products.
• Implement end‑to‑end security for APIs, including HTTPS/TLS, AES encryption, and key management.
• Develop IoT connectivity between mobile/web apps and BLE‑enabled devices.
• Integrate AI‑assisted features such as Retrieval‑Augmented Generation and other LLM‑based services.
• Collaborate with firmware, hardware, data‑science, and product teams, as well as external partners.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment across mobile, web, and cloud environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Three or more years of experience building full‑stack and mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, global teams.
