Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a primary back‑end focus to join our advertising analytics platform team. You will work with large data sets, browser extensions, databases, and a global, hybrid team.

Key responsibilities

• Tackle performance and scalability challenges across our data pipelines.
• Refactor extensive reporting code to reduce size and runtime while preserving results.
• Manage technical debt while delivering new business features.
• Develop in C#, SQL and occasional JavaScript within a mixed Windows/Linux environment using AWS, SQL Server, Redshift, MongoDB, Entity Framework and ASP.NET Core.
• Participate in a Kanban/DevOps workflow with weekly scrums and on‑call rotation via PagerDuty.
• Promote continuous improvement, clean architecture, and robust system design.
• Use GitHub for source control, Jira for project tracking, review pull requests and ship frequently.

Required profile

• Experienced C# developer capable of writing C#, SQL and occasional Ruby.
• Comfortable reading and modifying JavaScript/React code.
• Collaborative mindset to work cross‑functionally with diverse teams.
• Strong interest in data and digital intelligence.
